You can complete the Start It Program on any timeline that works for you, and some steps may take longer than others. We make time management recommendations for slow and steady, moderate, and accelerated paces with each step.
Each step uses the acronym S.T.A.R.T.: Spark, Target, Action Reaction, Takeaway. You will notice that in some cases, the “reaction” affects the work you have completed on previous steps, and you will need to adjust before you bring your “takeaway” to the next step.
We recommend that you find a trusted mentor with whom you can meet regularly in person or via phone or video-conference, and with whom you can share your progress and get feedback.
